Clemson’s Turk Pettit and Standford’s Rachel Heck
earned individual honors
The 2021 NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Golf Championships wrapped up Wednesday, June 2 on Grayhawk Golf Club’s Raptor Course. The Pepperdine Waves crashed over the Oklahoma Sooners to earn the men’s team championship while on Memorial Day Clemson’s Turk Pettit took the men’s individual title.
On the women’s side, the scrappy Ole Miss Rebels wore down the competition to win the team title, and Rachel Heck of Stanford not only won the women’s individual title, she also earned the 2021 Annika Award.
