In addition to an eclectic menu of American classics sprinkled with Southwestern flavors, Quill Creek Café features stunning views of the Raptor course and McDowell Mountains, aglow in the afternoon with the purple hues of sunset. Other colors on display include the deep blue of the sparkling lake next to rich green fairways.
This special location allows guests to dine amid the sights and sounds of the Sonoran Desert in a unique and memorable way. The Southwestern-inspired dining room is accented by white stucco, wood beams, sprawling windows and hardwood table tops. Just outside lies Quill Creek’s expansive patio. The flicker of the enormous fireplace radiates a warm rustic feel, and space heaters and a misting system allow for outdoor enjoyment on the rare occasion when the Arizona weather isn’t cooperating.
The Quill Creek Café patio is available for sit-down or buffet-style services for up to 200 guests, and it hosts popular live acoustic performances on Wednesday evenings in the winter and spring months.
Vino-astute patrons will be pleasantly surprised by the depth of the wine list, and those interested in a signature “Grande Margarita” or an ice cold draft will have no trouble finding a dish fit for their taste.
