Wake Forest’s Lauren Walsh shot 5-under 67 for the second day in a row to lead the pack at -10 after the halfway point in the women’s individual championship. This time with the eagle on No. 7, she finished one stroke ahead of the second-place competitor Catherine Park of Southern California, who at -9 for the tournament vaulted up the leaderboard with an 8-under 64 on the day.

First-round leader, Maddison Hinson-Tolchard put in a steady performance, making a bunch of pars, three birdies and a bogey enroute to a 2-under 70 on the day. She sits in third place at -8, one of seven players within five strokes of the lead.

Tomorrow’s third day of stroke play competition will determine the top 15 teams along with the top nine individuals (not on an advancing team) who will advance to the final 18 holes of stroke-play competition. The Final round of stroke-play competition will then determine the top eight teams for match-play competition as well as the 72-hole individual champion. See current teams standings.
