- Golf rounds may be booked up to 3 days in advance
- Tee times must be booked online at www.grayhawkwebspecials.quick18.com
- Golfers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Tee Times may be made Monday – Thursday: Anytime
- Tee times may be made Friday – Sunday: After 8:00am
- Lost of stolen cards will not be replaced
- Changes made to a tee time within 24 hours in regards to reduction of players, cancellation or no show will be charged full price
- Rounds are completely transferable
