As a Grayhawk cardholder you should have received an email with a link to download your card to your phone. When you receive the email, please open it on your phone and click the link. If you didn’t receive the email or still need to download your card, please enter your member number and last name below to access your digital card download link.
For Apple users, your Digital Card will be stored in Apple Wallet. For Android users, you will store your card in the YourWallet app.

Commonly asked questions about Grayhawk’s All-New Digital Card
Does this take the place of the app?
No, it does not. Your new digital card replaces your plastic card. We do have a link on the back of the digital card that will take you to the member tee time booking site.
Can I use the same login I have been using to make tee times?
Yes, your login information for booking tee times has not changed.
Can I charge purchases to my digital card?
No, currently the Grayhawk digital card does not allowing charging.
I don't have a smartphone. So can I still get a White Tee or Black Tee card?
Yes, if you still prefer a flip-phone, we’ll work with you individually to provide you with a White Tee or Black Tee card.
I'm having issues getting my digital card. What can I do?
We have several options to help you get your card downloaded. Golf Shop staff can assist you in person. Additionally, you can click the “Can We Help?” button on the left side of this page and send us an email and we will contact you. Finally, we offer a “live chat” feature during certain days and times – if a “LIVE CHAT” button appears on this page, you can click to receive help in a matter of minutes.

You will receive an email from us with a link to download your card.

The Digital Membership Card will pop up on your phone automatically.

Click the “add” text in the top right corner of your screen.

This Apple Wallet Screen will appear next. Click Open Wallet.

You will then see the digital card in your Apple Wallet with any other digital cards.

The “done” text will appear in the top left corner when your card has been added to your wallet.

To access the back of the card with helpful links click on the three dots in the top right.

ANDROID DEVICE STEP-BY-STEP

Download the YourWallet application. This is where the card will be stored on your phone.

You will receive an email from us with a link to download your card.

Select the Chrome Browser to open the Digital Card in YourWallet.

TThe Digital Membership Card will then pop up on your phone.

Click on the “Add to YourWallet” button.

Click the red “Add to Wallet” button on the bottom of the screen to finalize the card in your wallet.
