The fun, welcoming vibe at Isabella’s Kitchen attracts diners and drinkers alike. The dining room and indoor/outdoor bar open to a sprawling patio decked out with comfortable seating overlooking the Talon course and the Valley below.

Swirling behind the scene, Chef Sammy holds up his side of the deal by delivering fresh, homemade pastas made from scratch daily – among other favorites. It’s a passion he adopted at an early age cooking alongside his family. Recently, we had a chance to catch up with Chef Sammy to see how it’s done.
